    • It’s pretty simple Seema. Blend together half an avocado, a whole banana and milk. Sometimes I also add soaked and peeled almonds and for a chocolate version I add some chocolate drink mix. You could use non dairy milk too and add as much milk as you want. If my son asks for a pudding, I use little milk and if he prefers a milkshake I increase the quantity of milk. The banana has to be pretty ripe and sweet to avoid adding any sugar or other sweeteners.
